Amightywind, True or False?

Is The Amightwind Ministry Truly An End-Time Prophetic Ministry?

Intro

Is There Merit to Amightywind's Theology?

Amightywind/Almightywind(AMW) preaches and teaches many doctrines which are actually agreed upon by many (even if they don't believe in AMW) within alternative Christianity (as oppose to mainstream), in particular, those who study Messianic Jewish (MJ) theology and are part of certain MJ movements. Such teachings include a balanced Salvation by Grace theology, obedience to the Ten Commandments, keeping of the Seventh-Day Sabbath and Jewish Holy Days, belief in Hell, prophetic and other spiritual gifts, revival, anti-new world order, anti-catholism, anti-pagan Christian holidays (christmas, easter, etc.), and such. Although alternative Christianity encompasses a full spectrum of beliefs, AMW theology will strike a chord, particularly, with those leaning towards the acceptance that the people of God are called to be living a life of Holiness. Christians within this camp will be drawn towards AMW's call to abstain from all forms of evil and to start working against it.
At least, on these set of doctrines, I would say, yes. I think AMW's theology does have some merit.

Yes? Then Do I Believe in Amightywind?

AMW's core doctrines were the primary reason why I believed in the ministry. However, even though I still hold the beliefs mentioned above, I have come to realise that the AMW ministry are, in fact, the wolves in sheep's clothing. They are the ones who are the real hypocrites and judases and that the AMW leaders (Elisabeth, Niko, Kathrynyah and Adam) and the church in NZ at least do not practice what they preach.

How do I know this?

I was with the AMW ministry for about 3 years. This meant that I had truly believed that they were a prophetic ministry. I had supported the ministry financially and had regular conversations with their leaders through emails. But based on my experience with them, I testify that they:
  1. Do not preach according to the way the AMW prophecies had instructed
  2. Have no interest in building an end-time Church to prepare for Lord Yahushua's 2nd coming
  3. Fleece (steal from) God's people.
  4. Are the ones trying to mind control believers

Who is this blog for?

I'm aware that there are people around the world who would have similar believes to me and might seriously consider that AMW to be truly a prophetic ministry. If you have come across their website, read some of their prophecies and are asking if AMW is truly a ministry from God, or perhaps, if you are a member/supporter of AMW then this website has been specially written for you.

I have set up this blog to let interested people know about my experience at AMW, what I know about them, what my opinion is about them and why I think thus.

This website is intended primarily for people who have similar beliefs and reasoning to what I have and are therefore perhaps inclined to believe that the AMW ministry might possibly be a true end time ministry. However, I hope the information presented here will be a blessing to as many people as possible.

Short Testimony

As I said before, I was with the ministry for about 3 years. My support for the organisation included financial support, email conversations and personally talking to people and pastors outside AMW in an attempt to raise awareness about the prophecies and the AMW ministry itself (real preaching).

However, when I decided that I should verify that the ministry is truly authentic, I asked if I could pay a visit to the 'physical' church located in Upper Hutt New Zealand with my brother (who was sceptical of AMW). I was denied permission to visit twice by Kathrynyah. Once at the beginning of 2011 and the second time at the middle of 2012 (more than a year after). Kathrynyah's reason for not permitting me to go the 1st time was that due to the lawsuit, AMW was undergoing huge spiritual warfare and so in order to protect the ministry, it was not God's will for me to go. The second time round, I simply bought the tickets to Upper Hutt, NZ (UHNZ), told them I was coming over with my sceptical brother and asked for the address. I was then told that they were disappointed that I didn't wait for God's timing and that it was not God's timing for me to go.

I told them that my dad was furious that they refused to let me go and will be investigating them as we gave them quite a lot of money. This triggered a change in their attitude as I was soon told that Kathrynyah and Adam 'misunderstood' God and that under better revelation from Elisabeth, I could now come and was given an opportunity to speak with Elisabeth and Niko. During the conversation, they told me how they rectified Kathrynyah's 'misunderstanding' and permitted me to go on the condition that I went alone. Furthermore, they were not willing to give me the address of the NZ church and it seemed that they wanted me to simply follow their instructions on how to 'visit' them.

Eventually, I did go to UHNZ. But I went without letting AMW know. While in UHNZ, I 'investigated' the 'physical' AMW church by talking to various local pastors while I was there. I will be publishing a document with the signature of 9 Upper Hutt pastors testifying that the AMW church in UHNZ has been hypocritically inactive and virtually unknown, in the Upper Hutt community ever since their 'birth' in july, 2010 till the beginning of 2013. This was a period of about 2.5 years.

Due to AMW's closed door policy, the inactivity of the AMW church in UHNZ, and a number of other strong reasons, I am now convinced that this ministry is a scam, even though, some of their theology does have merit. I will now document 25 reasons why I do not believe that the AMW is a true end-time prophetic ministry.

The 25 Reasons

1. Closed door

Emails from Kathrynyah basically saying that I can't go to the AMW Church in Upper Hutt NZ.

Every legitimate Church that is truly serving God will be working on the ministry of reconciliation (2Cor 5:18). This is a process of bringing people to God. Furthermore, believers are called to gather together regularly (Heb 10:25). For these two reasons and more, Churches by nature will always be busy trying to bring people to the location of their meetings for discussions, worship and encouragement. What kind of church would forbid me to come to their church claiming that it is God's will that I do not go? Why is it that the public from Upper Hutt are allow to attend (see 1st email about having an 'open house') and yet a financially supporting member is declined?

Their reason was that spiritual warfare requires the AMW Church to be more careful. But if this is truly the Almighty end- time prophetic ministry which God personally sent, with great power and anointing, why are they so fearful? Why would the God of Elijah who can defeat thousands of soldiers be afraid of a supporting member and his sceptical brother? I thought that if I brought my brother there, that the members would be able to preach to him and convince him that they are truly of God. This closed door attitude is a total contradiction to the claims made in the prophecies, that this church is the one through which God will send revival. This close door act, in my opinion, basically puts AMW into my false ministry bin. It showed me that they wanted to hide something from us, and this leads to the next point.

2. Secrecy

Eventually I was told that I was allowed to come, but, on the condition that I went alone. I'll recount what happened. Kathrynyah and Adam decided that I should have a Skype talk (more of an interview really) with them. I was then told explicitly during the Skype conversation that I could not come. However, I sent an email saying that my dad was furious and that he wanted to personally investigate the 'physical' church in NZ. Amazingly, they soon sent me another email saying that Kathrynyah and Adam 'misunderstood' God's 'voice' and that I could actually come and Elisabeth and Niko will be calling me to talk about it. During the call with Elisabeth and Niko (I guess readers will have to take my word for this), I was then told that I could go to the NZ church, but, on the condition that I went alone (others not welcome). Furthermore, they were still unwilling to give me the address of the NZ church. It seems that they wanted me to just hop onto a plane, again by myself, and meet with them directly in Upper Hutt, NZ.

Emails from Kathrynyah questioning my loyalty when I asked to visit the 1st time, and email exchange causing AMW to change their mind about my 2nd visit.

Again why the selectivity and secrecy? This NZ church was meant to be open to all, such that sceptical members of the public would have been able to come in and see for themselves that AMW was truly an end-time prophetic church. Even when I asked to come the first time round, I was questioned about my loyalty and that I must promised not to reveal information. What would I reveal that could have been so detrimental? What did the AMW church have to hide? I was only going to go to the church building and worship together with fellow church members right? That shouldn't be a big deal, every Christian does that. But as we shall see, this leads on to the next point.

3. Virtually zero activity in the Upper Hutt community.

When I finally went to UHNZ (without AMW's permission or informing them), I went to speak with the local pastors there. I stayed around for about 2 weeks and managed to get in contact with the leaders of 10 churches (There might about 20 individual Churches there). I printed screenshots of the AMW website and photos of Elisabeth, Niko, Kathrynyah, Adam and the Samoan members of the AMW-NZ church (from Youtube videos). After explaining myself and asking if they have heard of AMW (to which virtually all initially responded 'no', only exception was the one whom I had a language barrier with), I would present these screenshots to the leaders of the church and ask if they have seen any of the people mentioned above. Only 2 Church leaders were able to recognise some of the Samoan church members. Still, out of these two, only one of them could associate the Samoan members to AMW. Here is a summary of my trip (Note: By Church, I refer to the leader(s) representing the Church):
  • 1 Church knew who the individuals were and could associate the members with AMW (More on this later).
  • 2 Churches were not willing to make a public comment. (One has definitely never heard of AMW, the other also seems to have not known who AMW was (unclear due to language barrier)).
  • 7 out of 10 Churches publically testifies that they have never had AMW members preach to them or anyone else within their Church.
From the 7 Churches which were willing to publicly testify of AMW's lack of community presence, 9 pastors from these Churches signed the following document which says that they have never had AMW members preach to them or anyone else within their network.

Here is the document which has the signatures of 9 pastors testifying that AMW has basically zero activity in Upper Hutt, NZ.

This proves that the AMW has made minimal effort in their work of sharing the prophecies of AMW with the locals in Upper Hutt. This lack of action is contrary to the instructions given within the AMW prophecies to reach out, preach boldly to the Churches and let the people know that the time has come for the Lord's Second Coming and what He expects of those who serve Him. Where were prophetess Elisabeth and Niko? Where were Kathrynyah and Adam? Why didn't they come to down to Upper Hutt over the last 2.5 years to help this 'physical' church grow? Why didn't the Elijah of New lead the charge and preach with great anointing and power to the local Churches here in Upper Hutt? Surely, everyone would have been convinced if that truly happened. But instead, most of the Churches which I visited, have never even heard of AMW, let alone have been preached to by a member thereof.

Now, there are a few comments/notes which needs to be made
  • By no means do the pastors endorse any of my beliefs or vice versa (Of course, there are shared fundamental beliefs). The document simple says what it says. The pastors are just saying that AMW representatives have neither preached to them nor preached to the people they know in Upper Hutt. However, this simple statement should mean a lot to those involved with AMW.
  • The pastor of the Riverstones Church has met with members from AMW. He initially did not recognise the people in the photos nor the AMW ministry as it had been a while since he last had contact with them. That is why, as you can see, he initially signed the form. After further investigation, he found out that he has had contact with a few of the people from the AMW-NZ church and at least one of them did try to share AMW material with him. This one man from the AMW-NZ church had also wanted to preach from the Riverstone's pulpit but was declined by the pastor. Upon this realisation, the pastor decided that he should cross his name off the list.
  • The youth leader from CFUH did recognise a number of the Samoan people from the AMW-NZ church. But, neither did she know that they were involved with AMW nor have heard of AMW itself. She and the Riverstone pastor were the only 2 individuals who clearly recognised people from the AMW-NZ church.
  • The pastor of the King's Arms Church did have someone (not anyone from the photos I showed him) email him about AMW theology (seems like he emailed once). But I decided that it was fine to keep him on the list as the person did not communicate with the pastor as a member/representative of AMW. The incident seems more like a "what do you think about this?" sort of email rather than an "I'm from AMW and I'm here to talk to you about AMW" type of email.
  • The pastor of the Heretaunga Church said that he seen AMW banners out only twice throughout 2012 at a small Uniting Church building. I didn't have a chance to investigate this further, but, it seems that the AMW-NZ church was probably renting that location for their events. However, what needs to be said is that simply putting out banners twice in a year is a poor excuse for boldly preaching on the streets.
  • Update (11/jun/2013): The Heretaunga Church pastor recently informed me that he noticed that the signs are put up on Sabbath (Saturday) mornings. There's a real possibility that they do meet and are putting up their banner every week at the Church mentioned above (at least nowadays). However, this still looks nothing like a heavily anointed end-time last chance prophetic revival ministry to me.
  • Apart from that no one else I spoke to knew anything about AMW or its members even though the Upper Hutt community is very small. Additionally, the people I talked to in Lower Hutt and Wellington (nearby towns) told me that they have never ever heard about AMW when I showed them the website and photos of the key AMW members.
  • I did not manage to speak with the Samoan AoG. I was told that there might have been people there who knew them and it might have been possible for the AMW members to have preached to them but even if they did, it wasn't good enough for me. I had spoken to about 5 Churches about the AMW ministry in my own city, why hadn't they? Especially, when they had a whole church and the 'Elijah of New'. Furthermore, it should be noted that, there was another Samoan Church in the north of Upper Hutt, who knew nothing of AMW and whose pastor signed the document.

4. Not allowed to see lawsuit documents

Another question which I asked Elisabeth about when I talked to her over the phone was about the lawsuit. I asked if I could have a look at the lawsuit documents. The answer was no. Now I had specifically donated quite a large amount of money to help them with the lawsuit (and they knew about it), but yet I, a financially supporting member, am not allowed to even see one document on the lawsuit? Absurd.

They claimed that there were so many names involved that they couldn't continue. But, if this lawsuit was Heaven sent and ordained, why did AMW not succeed in winning the lawsuit?

There is a Youtube video by a lawyer, called Rob Reed, regarding the lawsuit between Elisabeth Elijah and George C. He describes his involvement and recounts what took place.

I have verified that what he says is true. There is a file with Elisabeth's name in the court he named. Additionally, no trial nor hearing has occurred which is according to what he said. I do not see AMW denying what Rob Reed said and so I'll assume it to be true as this is the most tangible piece of intel that I have about this topic.

Here are the details which were provided in Rob Reed's video above if anyone wants to follow up:
  • Court Name: Henrico County Circuit Court (Located in Virginia, USA)
  • Case Name: Elisabeth Elijah vs. John Does 1 to 10
  • Case No: CL10-3757
  • Tel: +1 804 501 5460
The public may call the number and kindly ask for a status update on the case number above. I have done this and this were the details that I heard:
  • The case is still pending (as of May 2013)
  • A brief was submitted in April 12, 2011 (I think this was Rob's submitted document).
  • The hearing set for April (I think I heard 27), was withdrawn.
In conclusion, AMW has no evidence that a trial has been conducted, while all other available evidences outside AMW says that no trial has been done. Therefore, unless AMW can show otherwise, everyone should accept that AMW didn't even bother to follow through with the lawsuit even though it was divinely ordained. Personally, it looks as though the initial lawsuit attempt was just for show.

5. Personal isolation for 3 years.

I had always wanted to meet with other AMW members. Reading through the prophecies and testimonies, I knew that there were people living in the countries I had access to. I asked Kathrynyah if there were people within my locality or if I could meet with someone from a specific country, and her reply always was no.

Even after contributing consistent financial and personal support to AMW for 3 years, I was never invited to meet with other AMW members. The only form of communication I had with other AMW members was via email (apart from the later Skype and phone call with AMW leaders).

Now why was this so? Even if it would be difficult to meet with other AMW members personally, AMW leaders could have helped us connect through Skype. But they did not do this.

It seems that AMW had no intention of having me meet with or contact others and I honestly think that they were simply trying to isolate me from other AMW members. What kind of church would do this?

6. Failed Personal Prophet test

Back tracking a bit in time to when I was told that I could not come to the UH church. I made a small test. I told them that I had told my dad that AMW refused to let me see their NZ church and that he was so angry that he was going to investigate them. The trick was that he's already dead. I wanted to see if AMW's god could tell if I was lying. If AMW was truly prophetic, and God was truly speaking through Elisabeth, then surely, He would inform her of the truth. Surely repeating the feat in Acts where Peter could tell when someone was lying should be easy for God. But of course, AMW could not tell that dad was dead. After 'informing' them that my dad was about to take action against the ministry, that he was buddhist and against christian cults, AMW, clearly unaware about my dad's non-existence on this earth, was fixated about warning me that my dad was an evil spiritual stronghold and went further by attempting to convince me that I should purge myself of this spiritual threat by leaving my dad and family (more on this later).

7. Strange calling habits

After the threat of investigation was made, I was immediately sent an email saying that it was time for me to talk to Elisabeth (according to God). Why was it that Elisabeth never wanted to talk with me in all the 3 years I was with the ministry and all of a sudden when there was a threat that I could leave the ministry does AMW's god suddenly decide that I needed to be spoken to? To me, this fits the behaviour of a bad leader which simply has no interest in their members until there is a dire need to 'keep them within the fold'. Note: Elisabeth actually did want to call once before when I was questioning the ministry. But, after I 'repented', all of a sudden, it was no longer 'God's timing' to for her to make the call.

8. Contradiction of Prophetic Instructions

As AMW members should know, there is an instruction for AMW members to partake of the Holy Communion every day. Not only do we have to do it daily, but the order in which it is to be taken is reversed. The wine is taken first, and then the bread. I was always puzzled by this and wondered why God would change it (because He doesn't change right?). Anyway when I finally had the chance to speak to Elisabeth, I ask why was the order changed. Her response baffled me. Not only did she not give me a reason, she went on to say that it does not matter what order you took it in. But that goes directly against the direct command of God! That is, if God truly gave that command. The fact that she could just change God's word in the prophecies and instructions show me that:
  1. They were not truly from God.
  2. Elisabath and Niko have no respect for the instructions given in the prophecies.
This is evidence that the instructions and prophecies are not real but fabricated by the AMW leaders.

9. Amightywind's Belief in the Easter Bunny, Santa and the Sandman.

Now some atheists think that the belief in God is akin to believing in the existence of the easter bunny, santa and etc. However, they ignore that Christianity and the belief in God is based on very strong historical evidence and lines of logic (e.g. Anthropic Principle, Existence of Morality, etc.). Much less tangible evidence is available for creatures from folk lore and characters which we know to be definitely fictional. But yet, to my horror, AMW expects believers to believe in the easter bunny, lapricons, the sandman and santa claus. I first found out about this after being declined to go the NZ church. Before sending the email about my dad, I think Kathrynyah wanted to assuage my grief and disappointment by sending me a 'prayer'. Within this prayer, I found out, again to my horror, that I was meant to pray for protection against dream eaters (pokemon?) and the sandmen (definitely fictional, please briefly research).

When I had the phone conversation with Elisabeth and Niko, I questioned them about this; in addition I asked if they believed in the easter bunny and santa, to which Niko replied, where do you think the stories came from? He goes on to argue that lapricons also existed. If they were to simply say that they were all manifestations of the devil (i.e. The devil transforming himself into these creatures and appearing to people), that would be fine to me at least. But that would mean that all we have to pray against, is just the devil and his evil agents.

10. Unconvincing Phone Call,

Elisabeth and Niko did not sound like prophet pastors but more like paranoid con-men. I have to say, and I guess readers will have to take my word for it. The whole conversation over the phone was not convincing. They were not confident in answering my theological questions or answering simple questions like, whereabouts are you now and so on.

11. Crest had satanic images on them

I was shocked when I first noticed a satanic looking image on the AMW crest. But, I rationalised it as satan trying to mess with the ministry, so I pointed it out to Kathrynyah and they had it fixed up. Here is the image on the crest.

12. Questionable Theology

Even though I agreed with a lot of major doctrines there were a few items which troubled me and the list is now growing as I question some more. This includes:
  • Elisabeth says that God will give her a date of rapture (or 2nd coming) even though God says that there will be no dates and that we would only roughly know.
  • That demons and devils can possess people through websites
  • That we have to curse our enemies
  • Calling people stupid when they disagreed with AMW prophecies
  • Put anointing oil over our houses for protection
  • Praying for deliverance of people only when the person is 'ready'
  • Weakening demons before casting them out
  • Repeating the same prayer word for word daily
  • When I asked, over Skype, about having Elisabeth and others come to my city to set up a Church,  Kathrynyah's response was 'Is that what you really want?'. This was contrary to want I expected from a 'last chance' ministry. They really should have said something along the lines of, 'Great, we'll pray about it and if God gives the ok which I'm sure He will, we'll be there ASAP'.
Some argue that AMW must be a true ministry because God has given so much knowledge to this ministry. Indeed, while talking to either Elisabeth or Kathrynyah, they would say things like 'look at how much you have grown'. But, surely, anyone who takes the time to think it over will realise that many of their strong theology has actually been studied out and publicised by others. It could very well be that AMW is simply repackaging information that they found online. In fact, the only reason why I accepted AMW's ideas was because other Messianic Jewish ministries had already written very solid articles on them. But, AMW would add 'prophetic' items, additional instructions and some original interpretations on the top, which I have now began to question.

13. Ex-Amightywind Testimonies

While there were testimonies, websites and blogs saying that AMW was a cult, I did not find them convincing, primarily because it looked like they didn't believe in some of the major AMW doctrines (which I agreed with). Also, some testimonies were placed on the doubtful AMW.org site (lead by George C.). The reason why I couldn't trust the AMW.org site was because it had a link to another anti-AMW site that was telling people to worship some alien god called orgon. Although, I cannot provide evidence of this, I'm very sure it was there as I often reflected upon this fact in the past. Other reasons included misrepresenting the prophecies in AMW, which I saw as persecution of AMW (which I took as evidence that AMW was good).

However, in 2012, there were a few testimonies made from other ex-AMW members/supporters on Youtube. These include testimonies from Tera, Anthony and others. These testimonies were an answer to prayer and I found that they provide very strong evidence against AMW.

I do not want to get too involved with their testimonies as much of them seem very personal and private to me. Also, I want to emphasise that I have not had contact with them (apart from just watching their YT videos) and I do not know what their beliefs are completely. Also, it seems that Anthony is in contact with George C. whom I don't trust. For these reasons, I do not affiliate myself with any of the ex-AMW supporters.

However, I would like to highlight the many experiences of the other ex-AMW followers (Terra and Anthony) which either resonates with my experience with AMW or which I feel are important for my readers. It's these negative experiences which reveals AMW's true character and their rotten fruit/work. Also, there will be some comments regarding AMW's responses to the ex-AMW followers' testimony.

Terra's Testimony Part 1
video link
  • (~27 mins) Everything has to be done in secret.
  • (~27:30) Every email needs to be copied and given to Elisabeth.
  • (~28 mins) Terra never saw Elisabeth's face.

Terra's Testimony Part 2
video link
  • (~0:20) Elisabeth has the final say on any spiritual interpretation.
  • (~0:40) Although many teachings of AMW are biblical,
  • (~1:08) can't agree with some things. Such as casting curses in warfare prayers.
  • (~1:40) Can't talk to certain people
  • (~3:50) Terra would get tired. AMW interprets this as a spiritual attack but yet did not pray for her healing.
  • (~4:30) AMW prayed about everything else. E.g. What you want to east, when to eat.
  • (~5:20) AMW kept telling her what to do.
  • (~5:45) AMW didn't pray for voices to go away from Terra.
  • (~6:40) She wanted to take the initiative and pray healing over AMW members but AMW said no.
  • (~8mins) If asked too many questions, one would get kicked out of AMW.
  • (~8:20) Back and forth videos on YT are not Godly.
  • (~9:50) Having trouble reading and understanding God's word and had unbearable confusion while in AMW.
  • (~10:12) Not getting needed personal attention (Wanted prayer, but no prayers given).
  • (~10:50) After leaving AMW, started to understand the Bible, receiving revalations, dreams and the fire of God again.
  • (~11:50) Prayed for healing over people, saw miracles and God moving in her life again.
  • (~17:22) AMW is involved with mind-control, it has a self-righteous attitude, lack of forgivness, lack of grace towards brethern.
  • (~18:05) Dig up private emails and materials to attack defaulters.

Anthony's Testimony Part 1
video link
  • (~6 mins) Elisabeth simply hears things from people then makes her prophecies.

Anthony's Testimony Part 2
video link
  • (~1:52) AMW didn't care that Anthony was left on the streets after kicking him out.
  • (~12:50) No concern and love for Anthony from the AMW leaders.
  • (~13:45) AMW did not help with deliverance.
  • (~13:45) Elisabeth was alway hiding, Anthony never saw her.

Anthony's Testimony Part 3
video link
  • (~5 min) AMW still accepted Anthony's money even though they wanted nothing to do with him
  • (~12:50) Elisabeth likes living in luxury.

Anthony's Rebuttal
video link
  • (~1:30) AMW was wrong to use private testimony without permission
  • (~2:40) Kathrynyah changed her name several times (Probably to hide identity).
  • (~3:52) Depending very little on proper scripture for guidance. Prophecies had more weight for AMW.
  • (~6:55) AMW ministers have bad decernment at times. But if they truly were heavily anointed with the Holy Spirit they should have known.
  • (~8:44) Kathrynyah tried to use Anthony to spy on and defame an enemy of AMW because it was illegal for Kathrynyah to do it herself.
  • (~11:26) AMW hardly pays any attention to its supporters but the moment money is given to AMW, they shower the supporter with appreciation.
  • (~12:05) AMW tries to separate people from their love ones so individuals will depend on AMW for support.

With regard to AMW responses, there were some comments I feel convicted to make. Most of the rebuttals from AMW went something like this, Anthony has blasphemed against the Holy Spirit by continually committing horrible sins, hence, it is impossible that God would now deliver him (Heb 6:4-6, 10:26-29), and therefore his testimony about how God has delivered him from his sins is a lie. Additionally, anyone who then aids such a liar is essentially aiding the devil and I'll leave it there.

However, only the true God has the right to decide if and when such an unforgivable act happens. AMW members claim that God (their God) has indeed decided that Anthony fits the category. However, if AMW is not truly from Heaven then Anthony's sin could be attributed to AMW's influence. In which case, Anthony would not fit the judgement as decribed in Hebrews because he was never in a real relationship with God in the first place and God healing Anthony would be a very big signpost that AMW is not from God. If God truly did cast out evil influences from Anthony and he has truly changed, then we know that the finger of God is truly at work here (Luke 11:20), and to deny it, if it really was the case, would be real blasphemy of YAH's Holy Spirit (Matt 12:25-32).

So far, we have three other individuals who can witness Anthony's actions in real life and are willing to testify that Anthony is telling the truth. In contrast, AMW has provided no evidence to show that Anthony is still committing past sins or new ones (and this doesn't include attacking AMW). Perhaps, an AMW member can live with Anthony and Michael for a while to witness Anthony's transformation or a lack thereof. But, for now, the collective testimony of Anthony, Michael, Terra and Sanders is far more credible. This is especially true considering many aspects of their experiences with AMW resonate with someone who is completely independent of their story (me). Additionally, lets not forget all the other evidences illustrating how AMW is a false ministry thus far.

Lastly, there was at least one individual that tried arguing that they have personally met with Kathrynyah and Adam. The person then testifies that they are truly Godly people because of the effort they make in praying for people. However, I would like to know the duration of the person's visit, whether Elisabeth and Niko were there and if any of the four leaders went out into the public to preach like Elijah or John the Baptist. The reason being, from what I heard, it is still very possible that the whole visit was purely theatrical.

14. Evidence of Prophecy Changes.

While I did noticed, what I considered minor errors in the prophecies which I rationalised as typing mistakes by the reproducer, I didn't notice any major changes to the prophecies myself.

But there are Youtube videos of recent, major prophecy changes which seems convincing to me. Other ex-AMW members have also testified of changes to the prophecies.

15. Some AMW believers are told to pray at bed time for protection prayer every day (repetition)

Going back to the bedtime prayer that I was given (please refer to the prayer in Reason 9). We were to repeat this gruesomely long and unreasonable prayer before we sleep and immediately after we wake up. This is to go on for the rest of our lives. One of the criteria for a cult is that they employ the use of repetitions to dull the minds of their followers. I see this bedtime prayer and many others repetitious tasks which AMW commands their followers to perform as a form of mind-control. It is interesting that AMW continually preach warnings about how the government is trying to mind control the people when in reality AMW is involved in attempting to mind control its own people.

16. Commercial Enterprise

Important Truths should be taught freely. AMW's new book is about one of their controversial doctrines which I actually agree with. That is the femineity of the Holy Spirit. But the issue is that they are only willing to give it after one has donated to AMW. Why is the book on the Holy Spirit only given with a donation? If this ministry is truly keen on teaching truth and correcting error, they would publish their work freely without asking for pre-donations.

17. I was told not to ask questions

Typical. After the phone call with Elisabeth and Niko, I naturally had more questions. After asking them via email, the reply was that if I had known what kind of spiritual warfare they were going through, I wouldn't have asked those questions. AMW uses God's will and spiritual warfare, as constant excuses to avoid answering questions. But in reality, they don't want to answer questions that they easily could have answered.

18. Wanted me to leave my family.

AMW was suggested that I leave my family after I 'told' them that my entire family was against AMW. Paul says that we should live in peace with others as much as possible. Even if my family was totally against me (as I made it out to be), as long as they were not physically hurting me (which I had implied), I don't think I needed to be isolated from them. In fact, God would like us to be a light to those closest to us. If AMW truly wanted to reach out to people, they would not have so hastily suggested to me that I abandon my family.

I would argue that the real reason why AMW was asking me to leave my family was so that I would be further isolated and more easily manipulated by AMW.

19. Elisabeth & Niko never show current their face on videos.

I guess I should have realised this all along. AMW claims that due to protection from further spiritual attacks, Elisabeth and Niko should not be exposing their faces on Youtube. However, why should they be afraid? Was the Elijah of Old and John the Baptist (holding the Elijah office) ever afraid to show their faces in public? Never, due to the nature of their prophetic work they were to be publically scrutinised and shown as perfect on the world stage. I had rationalised this by thinking that in the future and in God's timing, Elisabeth will be put on display before the world. But it never happened, not on Youtube, and not in Upper Hutt NZ.

This again fits a scam characteristic where the lead scammers simply want get away with indulging in their spoils 'in peace and quiet'. To do this they need anonymity, hence, no public face.

Note: Although, they did give some photos, their photos are probably outdated and their current faces could be very different.

20. Unanswered questions.

I still have a few unanswered questions, probably more which I have forgotten about. Including those above, here are some more.
  • How did they know the Name is Yahuveh. Did God just tell them? They never said.
  • Why does AMW sometimes reference the Tenek for guidance on how to keep the feast days when they were against the Tenak?
  • Where are Elisabeth and Niko located exactly?
  • Although I believe that we should be reading other scripture books like the Book of Enoch, how did AMW choose which extra books are to be included in the Bible? Again, did God tell them or did they have a set of criteria?
  • Creation/evolution questions. You would think that God's inspired prophetess can provide strong answers to the world's intellectual challenges against the Church.

21. End-Time prophet on a Sabbatical?

Now Yahushua, John the Baptist, Elijah (the OT one) and all the prophets never had a long-term Sabbatical. The Sabbaths they had were the Sabbaths God had already given them. These include the 7th-Day Sabbath and Jewish Holy Day Sabbaths. Additionally, God was willing to supernaturally provide strength in their time of weakness. Therefore, they didn't need a long period of sabbatical-like inactivity. Not only did they not need it, God's people needed these prophets to work pretty much till the end. How could an end-time prophet rest in a time where there is so much error, sin and lukewarmness in the Churches? Not to mention the attacks which the Church is enduring from outside. So why is the elijah of new on a sabbatical? Personally, the simple answer is that she is not the Elijah of New.

22. Bad music.

A pastor told me to be weary of AMW by reason of the music they had. I admit that some of the music which is played with the prophecies were too death metal to my liking. But as usual I rationalised it away thinking that this was a ministry to youths as well. So, I thought, some of the youth who made the videos thought their death metal music would be appropriate for the prophecies and that God would be ok with that because everyone's different. However, it is hard to argue that death metal music can be considered Godly (especially the death part).

23. Can't talk to Elisabeth again?

I made a simple request to speak with Elijah again. But this was declined. Alright, maybe she was busy, but surely in the near future and when she has the time, she would be willing to speak to a troubled member of the church right? Wrong. AMW's leader will not talk to members even when asked reasonably politely. Not even by faithful, financially supporting members who need help. Note: Although, at this point, I had already secretly left the ministry, AMW had no real reason to decline my request. Seeing that I do not often ask to speak with Elisabeth and Niko (this was the 1st request that I've made to speak with her (It was AMW who requested for a conversation the 1st time round)), I think it would be reasonable for the pastor of the church to at least arrange for a time for me to speak with her.

24. Rude response

Not only was I declined to speak with Elisabeth, Niko's email response to me was very rude. Not something I would expect from a pastor to a quite faithful (in the sense that they had no reason to think that I was unfaithful), financially supporting member. This was done despite what I considered to be a kind request on my part.

25. Visit to AMW's NZ 'Physical' Church

After I was informed that the AMW NZ church possibly met regularly on saturday mornings, I thought that perhaps God wanted me to talk to them. In the end, I was convicted that I should pay them a visit to share my testimony with them.

To cut a long story short, I will just mention the gist of the visit. After attending their service, we (the church members and I) decided that we would sit down so that I could share with them whatever I wanted to share regarding AMW. I started introducing myself  by showing my donation envelops with my signature pictures, post cards which they had sent to me, and other evidences to show that I had truly supported AMW in the past few years. I then went on to share some of the reasons (as detailed in this post) why I now know that AMW and its leaders in particular are not honest. This became quite a long heated discussion before I was asked to leave and which I did.

I told the AMW NZ church members that I wasn't going to quote individuals and attack them personally like how AMW members on YouTube (YT) had done but, I didn't agree to say nothing about the visit. I both think and feel it is important and justified for readers to know what has been said and what will be said in this section.

  Noteworthy points:

  • The venue is rented from an Upper Hutt Uniting Church.
  • The 5 remaining members were genuine in their belief (they did not seem to be deliberately deceiving people)
  • The word 'remaining' was used because this group had experienced internal conflicts. Two members who had previously supported AMW in YouTube videos had now left. This includes the elderly Samoan man who (seemly) was the pastor (or co-pastor, I think his name was blotted out of the poster in the photo above) and a young Samoan lady who used to sing in at least one of their YT videos. I think I heard that there were about 20 people who had a connection with the church at the beginning.
  • When a call was made to testify of how God has bless them (I think it was specifically that week, but a few talked about their general experience with AMW), there was quite a lot of hesitation. I did not find that impressive compared with other Churches such as some Seventh-Day Adventist Churches where God was clearly working and which had people standing up much more readily and with greater conviction. Also, I did not find their testimonies as outstanding as some of the other Churches too.
  • Their God said (or they were told by AMW leaders) that it was not yet time to preach. However, this is contrary to the prophecies (not to mention the Bible) which does tell its readers/listeners to preach for the end is near, Yahshua is coming soon and people needed to be saved. This explains why they haven't been preaching to the Upper Hutt community.
  • The members were at a point where because of 'faith' they were not willing to question Elisabeth. They were probably not willing to question the other leaders (Niko, Kathrynyah and Adam) also. This is not Biblical as Yahshua commanded us to tests the spirits by observing their fruits (results/aftermath of their works).
  • Similarly, they had now regarded the prophecies of greater authority than the Bible claiming that the Bible was corrupted. But, if they have completely lost faith in the Bible, I have to ask how they started to believe in AMW in the first place.
  • When I said that I knew from my talks with other Upper Hutt pastors that Elisabeth hasn't been in Upper Hutt (at least for a few years or none at all) they did not disagree.
  • To their credit, the 3 youths were really good at singing and playing worship music.

Possibilities

In my opinion, there is a possibility that George Cook and the AMW leaders (Elisabeth, Niko, Adam and Kathrynyah) are working together behind the scenes to orchestrate the 'war' on YouTube between the members of the Nehemiah Centre (lead by George Cook) and the members of AMW.
However, I do not have substantial evidence of this, so if anyone does have any evidence which clearly shows that my above mentioned speculation is correct, please contact me with the email provided at the end of the blog. Thank you.

Conclusion

Even though for some of us, AMW might have some theological basis, it seems that all their words are just a facade. For the 25 reasons given above, everyone should seriously question and reject AMW as a legitimate church, let alone a true prophetic end-time ministry. It seems that they simply don't care about people, not only those outside their organisation but within as well. This test of kindred love is crucial. As James says, "if you cannot love your brother whom you can see how can love God whom you can't see". Love is part of the fruit of the Spirit; the lack of it is evidence that the tree is bad, like Yahushua says, "you shall know them by their fruits". Finally, this organisation is as Yahshua describes, the thieve that "comes in to kill, steal and destroy" (John 10:10).

Kind Request

If there is anyone still supporting the AMW ministry, including:
  • Financial support
  • Translation services
  • Making Youtube videos
  • Testifying for and standing up for AMW
  • Providing info to AMW
  • Helping with AMW web development
  • Raising awareness and preaching AMW prophecies
  • Providing any other help
Please stop. One reason why so many people believe in AMW (this once included me) is because of contributions to this corrupt organisation.

Suggestions

Please note, I still consider myself Messianic Jewish in belief, I believe that people of similar believes to me in the AMW should leave AMW and be working to establish truth and righteousness on the earth. Find people of similar beliefs in your local community and work together to establish 7-th Day Sabbath and Jewish Holy Day, 10 Commandments keeping Churches. I'm sure Yahweh will Bless it :)

(Edited 26/11/2015) Please read the Bible daily for we need to live by God's Word. Always test the spirits as it is very easy to go astray. I am currently in the process of rethinking what my beliefs are, what is right and what is wrong, etc.
